I am inspired when I witness a client’s growth through their own deeper self-awareness and self-knowledge. I practice an exploratory, trauma-informed and integrated therapeutic approach combining the relational work of Gestalt psychotherapy, with research in attachment theory, neuroscience and conscious presence.
